Today’s workout:  Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred:  Level 1 w/ 5 lb weights and modified push ups

Yesterday’s food:  Points allowed:  22; Activity points earned:  3; Points consumed:  23; No weeklies used, 35 remaining.

No other notes.  It was a good day, except I haven’t been able to get a walk in at lunch this week.
